Our house is located in the Zlatna luka (Golden Harbour) bay, only 30 metres from the sea and the beach, separated from it only by a local road. There is plenty of parking space in our garden and rooms and apartments boast superb views to the sea. Every apartment has a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen and a satellite TV. You will enjoy excellent service and we are happy to provide you with any information you need to spend pleasant holidays.

Food & Beverage

Breakfast in your room is possible upon request. Every morning you can get fresh vegetables from our garden at low prices.

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary.

Booking Terms

Check-in:   12:00
Check-out: 11:00

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Pets are allowed. No extra charges.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 5.00 per hour.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. There is no capacity for cots in the room.
